Root README.md is now French; README.en.md is the English landing. Internal links follow the same rule.

GitHub and Forgejo only i18n the root README. Public rag pages now have *.en.md siblings so English links stay in English; French files keep the unprefixed names.

The README table was a pair of unexplained numbers. Spell out recall vs ranking here, and expand EVAL.md §2 with the formulas used on this corpus.

The README pointed at DESIGN.md with a loose "§9" suffix; the heading slug is now in the URL, and the two sections are in numeric order.

The old README diagram stacked Discourse above the mini PC and left the VPS as an orphan column. Rewrite is also the resident 30B MoE, not a small dedicated model.
