2659759d0d Docs: this repo uses .md for French and .en.md for English 
Root README.md is now French; README.en.md is the English landing. Internal links follow the same rule.

b05eea24d5 Docs: English pages for design/eval, linked from the English README 
GitHub and Forgejo only i18n the root README. Public rag pages now have *.en.md siblings so English links stay in English; French files keep the unprefixed names.

2d31a1bbe8 Docs: put DESIGN §8 before §9 and link the LangChain heading 
The README pointed at DESIGN.md with a loose "§9" suffix; the heading slug is now in the URL, and the two sections are in numeric order.

83805bf9cd Docs: show VPS vs mini PC RAG flow (Discourse lives on the VPS) 
The old README diagram stacked Discourse above the mini PC and left the VPS as an orphan column. Rewrite is also the resident 30B MoE, not a small dedicated model.

39cffbc1bb depiedencap-rag — export public initial 
Plugin Discourse RAG (grain post, rerank cross-encoder, citations
whitelistées, gate déterministe, réécriture de requête multi-tour)
+ documentation du chantier (design, éval, sécurité, pipeline).

Export sanitisé depuis le monorepo privé via scripts/export_rag_public.py
(aucun endpoint interne, IP, compte démo ou chemin d'infrastructure).
WIP : agent en test sur groupe restreint, pas encore public sur le forum.
